Abstract
The object of this research is to investigate robotization initiatives in the core production departments of industrial companies. The study aims to validate robotization choices by consistently evaluating critical business project selection factors, and to create and suggest scientific and practical implementation advice. The research basis uses standard scientific and economic-statistical methods to support different ways of carrying out robotics projects. The research results are practically useful and scientifically valuable because they create a method for making informed choices about robotics projects. This method uses both qualitative and quantitative factors to evaluate project appeal and choose the best ones, aligning with strategic goals and business development by ranking them gradually. The authors concluded that to implement robotics projects, companies must weigh both qualitative and quantitative aspects and prove their methods for calculating evaluation metrics.
